Procurement of equipments: Refrigerator, Gas range, Triple sink, Working tables, Cooking utensils, Chapatti puffer, Tandoor, Microwave, Salamanders etc. 3. Making annual maintenance contract for equipment. 4. Making of Standard operating procedures[SOP] 5. Making of Standardized Recipes.
This includes: 1. Setting up of the operational areas. 2. Identifying areas for storage, clearance, Dumb waiters. 3. Sourcing of crockery, cutlery, glass ware, service gears etc. 4. Sourcing of billing software. 5. Designing of Menu.
PHS would take up the total management from the project stage and provide services as per requirement.
